With us, Romanian buyers pay the courier on delivery, in lei. In Bulgaria, the courier pays COD amounts directly into your bank account, and the money does not pass through us.
The other side of COD is refused parcels. A buyer who ordered on impulse may not collect the parcel. In Bulgaria, our call center confirms every order by phone and calls buyers who abandoned their carts, to cut refusals before a parcel is sent. - You send your stock to Bulgaria. We have warehouses in Sofia and Burgas. Every stock delivery is received and entered into our system free of charge.
- Your store sends us the orders. Shopify, WooCommerce, CloudCart, ConvertBuilder and SIMVOLY connect directly. For any other website, our order form is added with one line of code. With Shopify and ConvertBuilder, the order status also goes back to your store.
- We pick and pack. One fixed handling fee covers picking and packing a parcel with up to 4 SKUs.
- A Romanian courier delivers. The parcel ships from Bulgaria and is delivered by Cargus, Sameday, FAN Courier or GLS.
- The buyer pays on delivery. The buyer pays the courier in lei when the parcel arrives.
