If you are new to the region, a few local habits matter more than you might expect. Here is what to know and how we handle each one.
Orders are confirmed by phone
A cash-on-delivery order is a promise, not a payment. Our call center phones every buyer in Bulgaria before the order is packed, so fewer parcels are refused and sent back.
Office, locker or address delivery
Buyers choose how they receive the parcel: at a courier office, from a parcel locker or at their address. They choose the courier and the delivery method when they place the order.
The couriers local buyers know
In Bulgaria we ship with Econt, Speedy, Pigeon Express and BOX NOW, all from one system. Parcels to Romania go with Cargus, Sameday, FAN Courier and GLS.
Romanian buyers order in Romanian
For Romania, the order form is in Romanian and prices are in lei. Your stock stays in our warehouse in Bulgaria. Both countries are in the EU, so there is no customs clearance.
Returns and uncollected parcels
Some cash-on-delivery parcels will always come back: the buyer changed their mind, did not collect the parcel or was not at home. We process returned and uncollected parcels and keep returns under 3%.
