We connect to your online store and your orders reach us automatically. If your platform is not on the list, you add our order form to your website. It works on any site. You sell; we take the order, pack it, create the shipping label and track the parcel.
Shopify
What happens automatically
Our order form goes into your theme with one button. It opens on “Checkout”, and the product page gets our “Order with cash on delivery” button. You do not need Shopify Plus.
The buyer picks a courier (Econt, Speedy, BOX NOW, Pigeon) and an office, a locker or an address.
Orders from the form reach us at once, card orders paid in Shopify every 5 minutes.
The order also appears in your Shopify. Once the parcel ships, it is marked as fulfilled there, with the courier and the tracking number.
An order cancelled before shipping is cancelled on both sides.
Your catalog (names, variants, SKUs, prices, images) is taken from your store.
What to prepare
In Shopify, create an app for your store (custom app) and send us its access token. If you have no token: the client ID and client secret.
App permissions: read_products, read_orders, write_orders, write_themes and the fulfillment permission (write_merchant_managed_fulfillment_orders).
Your Shopify store address (….myshopify.com).
Courier contracts in your own name.
Optional: card payment through the Shopify checkout.
How long: about 15 minutes for the token. We usually connect you within 1 working day.
ConvertBuilder and Simvoly
What happens automatically
On the funnel checkout, the buyer form is ours. The product choice and the add-ons stay yours. Orders from it reach us at once.
Orders placed through the ConvertBuilder form reach us automatically within a few minutes. For these, the status goes back to your store: shipped (with the courier and the tracking number), completed, cancelled. On “completed”, ConvertBuilder sends your digital products, if you have any.
If you cancel such an order in your store, it is stopped on our side too.
We can also import your past orders for reference.
What to prepare

Your order gets a note with the courier and the tracking number. For cash on delivery, its status becomes “Completed”.
An order you cancel in your store before it ships is cancelled on our side too.
