- Romania: Order form in Romanian with prices in lei. Couriers Cargus, Sameday, FAN Courier and GLS. Shipped from Bulgaria with no customs clearance, as both countries are in the EU.
- Greece, Croatia, Slovenia and the rest of Europe: Delivery at preferential courier rates, quoted for your destinations.

For orders in Bulgaria, the buyer pays the courier when the parcel arrives, and the courier pays the money straight into your bank account. It does not pass through us. For Romania, we set out how cash-on-delivery payouts work in your quote.
Yes. For Bulgaria, our call center confirms orders by phone and calls abandoned carts, and this is included in the price.
Yes. Your stock stays in our warehouse in Bulgaria. Romanian buyers order through a form in Romanian with prices in lei, and parcels go with Cargus, Sameday, FAN Courier and GLS. Bulgaria and Romania are both in the EU, so there is no customs clearance.
