Two warehouses: Sofia and Burgas
We run warehouses in Sofia, the capital, and in Burgas, on the Black Sea coast. The Burgas warehouse opened on 26 September 2026 and has accepted client stock since 28 September. Prices in Burgas are the same as in Sofia.

Receiving and check-in
You send your stock to our warehouse. We receive it, count it and enter it into our system. Receiving is free for every delivery. If your goods are already in Sofia, we can collect them from you for an extra fee.
Storage
Your products are stored on pallets or shelves. Storage is free when you send more than 400 shipments a month. Up to 400 shipments a month, it is a fixed €35 a month, excl. VAT.
Pick and pack
One fixed fee covers picking and packing a shipment with up to 4 items. Our fee stays the same. Only the courier price changes, with the weight and destination of the parcel. We keep errors under 1% of shipments. Packaging materials are charged separately, at prices below those of the couriers, and we can help you get branded boxes made at preferential prices.
Same-day dispatch
New stock that reaches us by 12:00 Bulgarian time can ship on the day it arrives, without waiting for check-in and labels. Orders are often packed and handed to the courier on the same day. In Burgas, orders received by 14:00 on a working day are packed and handed to the courier the same day, and delivery within Bulgaria is on the next working day.
Call center confirmation
Our call center phones every buyer in Bulgaria to confirm the order before it is packed. It also calls shoppers who left their cart without finishing the order. For Bulgaria, both are included in the price. For other countries, ask about it when you request your quote.
Returns
With cash on delivery, some parcels always come back. The buyer changed their mind, was not at home or never collected the parcel. We process returned and uncollected parcels, and we keep returns under 3%.
What foreign brands should know about selling in Bulgaria

- The call center confirms. A member of our team phones the buyer and confirms the order.
- We pick and pack. The items are taken from the shelf and packed.
- The parcel goes to the courier. We create the waybill with one click and hand the parcel to the courier, often on the same day.
- Tracking. Our system tracks the parcel and the cash-on-delivery payout. With Shopify and ConvertBuilder, the order status is also sent back to your store.
- The buyer pays. The buyer collects the parcel and pays the courier, who then pays the amount straight into your bank account.
- If the parcel comes back. Our team processes it as a returned or uncollected parcel.

Romania, Greece and the Balkans from one warehouse
